Jarhead Autoglass provides mobile windshield replacement, rock-chip repair, and auto glass services in East Tennessee. This policy describes information handled through jarheadautoglass.com and the Jarhead Website Email connection used to deliver website messages.
Information you provide
Our quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and comment. You may also give us vehicle details, a service location, or other information when contacting us. Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in the comment field.
How we use information
We use the information you submit only to contact you about your inquiry and requested service. We do not use your submitted phone number or email address to send promotions or add you to marketing lists.
Website email and Google account access
Jarhead Website Email connects our business Gmail account to WordPress through WP Mail SMTP so the website can send quote notifications and other website emails. Visitors do not need to connect a Google account to request a quote. Form notifications are delivered to infojarheadglass@gmail.com.
The Google authorization screen grants broad Gmail permissions, including the ability to read, compose, send, and permanently delete messages. The intended use of this connection is sending website emails. OAuth credentials and authorization tokens are handled by the website’s email integration; email contents and delivery information are processed by Google and the website’s email software. Access is available to authorized administrators and service providers involved in operating the website and email system.
Our authorized purpose for Google account data is operating this website email connection. We do not authorize its use for advertising, sale to data brokers, or training general-purpose AI models. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The business account owner can revoke the connection through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove messages already delivered or records already retained.
Hosting, cookies, maps, and advertising
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to operate and protect the website. Embedded Google Maps may communicate with Google when loaded and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies.
The previously installed Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads tracking tags have been disabled. We do not use submitted customer phone numbers or email addresses for promotional contact.
Service providers and disclosures
Operating this website and responding to inquiries involves providers for hosting, email delivery, website administration, and embedded services. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or protect the business and its users.
Retention and security
We delete customer emails when the job is finished. If an inquiry does not result in a booking, we delete the quote emails once we have finished following up. This describes our handling of customer correspondence; it does not mean that all copies in email trash, hosting logs, or provider backups are immediately erased.
Our WPForms Lite quote form is configured not to store entries in WordPress, and Lite Connect entry backups are disabled. Email trash, technical logs, and provider backups may retain copies under the relevant provider’s settings and retention practices. We do not promise immediate deletion from those systems. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your questions and requests
Contact us to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain some information for legitimate business or legal requirements. Any rights provided by applicable law remain available.
