Using this website
These terms cover use of jarheadautoglass.com and its inquiry form. Jarhead Autoglass provides windshield replacement, rock-chip repair, and mobile auto glass services in East Tennessee.
Quote requests and appointments
Submitting a form requests a response; it does not confirm an appointment or guarantee a price. We will discuss vehicle details, glass requirements, location, availability, and the work requested before confirming service. Any applicable charges and changes to the agreed scope should be explained before work proceeds.
Mobile service and repairs
Mobile service arrangements depend on the location, safe working conditions, weather, and the work required. Chip-repair eligibility depends on inspection of the damage. A repair may leave a visible mark; replacement may be recommended when repair is unsuitable. Follow the technician’s instructions about safe drive-away time and aftercare.
Service terms and warranty
Any service-specific pricing, offer conditions, and warranty coverage should be confirmed with Jarhead Autoglass before work begins. These website terms do not expand or replace the written terms applicable to your service.
Communications and privacy
Provide accurate contact details so we can respond about your inquiry or service. Do not submit passwords or payment-card information through the quote form. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. The Jarhead Website Email integration supports business website email delivery; customers do not need to authorize access to their own Gmail accounts.
Website content and third-party services
Website content is general information and may be updated. Illustrative images are not proof of a completed customer job. Do not copy branding or photographs without permission from the rights holder. Third-party links and embedded services are governed by their providers’ applicable terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website for unlawful activity, spam, malicious submissions, or attempts to interfere with the site or access another person’s information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
